  • AxureRP for collaborative prototyping

Hi there, i'm currently evaluating how far AxureRP is suitable for a collaboration setting between our agency and our customers. We require a kind of playground where both (agency & customer) can put & visualize their ideas, build prototypes, comment prototypes, publish prototypes e.g. for an approval or an user test ...

  • Sharing a custom widget library

The rplib file does not have a 'Share' menu. Here is a basic method to share a widget library with a team:  Create an rplib file. Upload it manually to the SVN server and provide team members with the path to the file, for example: http://yoursubversion/svn/repos/dir/yourWidgetLib.rplib Each team member will use the 'load ...

  • How to merge changes?

Our company is new to Axure and we have created some shared projects. What is the best way to merge changes when multiple people have made changes?  A typical scenario for us is to have people in different buildings working on the same project at the same time.    Any  help is greatly appreciated!   Thanks

  • Re: Yet another suggestion for future update... (Axure and SharePoint)

In fact, we keep it very simple. We already had SharePoint directories for each project where we put documents for sharing and versioning. So, I've created a subdirectory in each project directory called "HTML prototype". Now, once in a while, we "publish" our prototype in that directory by simply copying all the files ...

  • Yet another suggestion for future update...

Hi, One time saver feature would be to add a warning when generating a prototype from a shared project when there's at least one page that isn't synchronized with the public repository. That way, when I forget to synch with our public repository before publishing a prototype on SharePoint (in order to show it to our clients / Developpement ...

  • Axure 5.5 Shared Project Crash Pasting Image

I am concerned that I might have uncovered a memory leak and I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem with the new Axure 5.5. I originally created my prototype in 5.0. I upgraded to 5.5 yesterday and opening my Shared Project seemed to work marvelously. I had not "checked in" anything for several days because I wasn't quite at ...

  • How do you not check in a file you've checked out

Hi All, We are working with a shared project and some of us have checked out pages that we have made modifications to, but now no longer want to check in those changes. Is it possible to uncheckout a page? If so how? Cheers, Nick

  • Re: Suggestions for Future Releases

Has there been consideration for adding shared project history to the specification document, or even better, the option to include it in the doc?

  • Help Setting Up SVN Server

I would like to setup a SVN server within our network so our Axure users can get to the various shared projects and we can maintain better user control over the project files and directories. I have the SVN server ready to install but can someone please post some good instruction for using a SVN server with Axure. So far the only information about ...
