The Axure RP Pro 5.5 Beta is now available for download at http://www.axure.com/downloadBeta.aspx.

This release adds the ability to create custom widget libraries for the Widget pane, new interaction capabilities for high fidelity prototyping, easier Dynamic Panel management, and enhancements to widgets and diagram editing.

This beta will expire on February 28, 2009. A valid beta will be available until the final release, so your work will not be interrupted.

Please note: Files created in version 5.5 beta will not open in previous versions of Axure RP. Version 5.5 beta will convert files created in previous versions to the new format.

Is this a free update? If you purchased Axure RP or a renewal after February 1, 2008 or plan to purchase between now and the final release, version 5.5 will be a free update. All other customers will need to purchase a renewal to upgrade. You can login to the customer portal to see when your maintenance period expires.
